Finding a bioactive hybrid material with the potential for controlled drug release has been one of major targets tissue engineering in recent years. In this line, present work describes new approach producing singular hydrogel microparticles (HMPs) different morphologies and compositions by combining experimental computational methods. Calcium-Alginate (Ca-ALG) core–shell Alginate-Chitosan microspheres (Ca-ALG-CHI) were synthesized presence drug-doped Hydroxyapatite (HA) their inner matrix.
